Cancellation Policy
Please cancel within 48 hrs. of appointment. Deposits are non-Refundable and may only be transferred one time to a reschedule within 30 days only if you are within 48 hr. cancellation time. If you are over 15 minutes late, Appointment will be cancelled. No EXCEPTIONS. SEZZLE AND AFFIRM FOR WIGS ONLY. I ONLY SUPPLY BLACK HAIR (1b). I only braid with Ruwa braiding hair. Kima brand for curly crotchet styles. Freetress only for pre-braided crotchet styles. Allow up to 24 hrs. for a response to any messages sent. I DO NOT provide accessories, color hair, or hair for any crotchet styles. Hairstyle can NOT be changed the day of appointment. Hair MUST be free of products, clean, de-tangled and blow dried out. ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS. Parents will be contacted after child appointment is complete. No sitting with child. Be sure to save confirmation Email. Hair loss or hair thinning clients MUST send pics before booking an appointment. It is an extra charge for any type of hair loss/thin hair. Prices differ. *HAIR MUST BE 3 TO 4 INCHES LONG.
